After a convincing 14-0 season opening win over James Monroe, Greenbrier County was buzzing with confidence that the Spartans may have a shot at a very good football season.
However, this past Friday, the Spartans had a chance to really show everyone what they are made of against the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles, but a slow start and an injury to quarterback Kyle King late in the first half left East on the wrong end of the scoreboard, 34-2.
