Lewisburg City Council has approved a conditional use permit for the sale of wine to Lee Street Partners, the art studio that has taken over the old Lewisburg Elementary School building, in its Tuesday, November 28, meeting.
After a lengthy, three-hour Planning Commission meeting on November 2, where oral arguments were heard for a liquor license for the building being granted, six conditions were placed on the permit to ease local resident fears, to great success.
