WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (WVDN) – Experience the heart of Appalachia through music and stories with John Wyatt at the White Sulphur Springs Public Library on Thursday, June 15.
The event, featuring live music and local tales, begins at 6 p.m. and will be followed by light refreshments.
Wyatt’s performances are deeply rooted in his upbringing on Sewell Mountain in the 1950s and ’60s. Drawing inspiration from the history his father shared with him, Wyatt’s songs and stories evoke the essence of Appalachian life. Attendees can expect to hear guitars strumming, mandolins crying, harmonicas humming and soulful singing throughout the evening. The event promises to be a nostalgic trip down memory lane reminding listeners of home.
