COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Bath Community Physician’s Group has announced that Dr. Scott Crosby has returned to the organization after fulfilling his military duty. Crosby has been providing excellent care to his patients both in an emergency department and family practice capacity for several years.

During his time in the military, Crosby served with distinction, providing combat medicine, critical care and emergency medicine to service members and their families. Crosby is no longer active duty but continues to serve the country as a flight surgeon in the Air National Guard. He has now returned with a renewed commitment to providing the highest quality care to his patients.

Crosby is a board-certified family physician with a passion for helping people achieve and maintain good health. He is known for his compassionate and personalized approach to patient care particularly in a rural setting.

“We are thrilled to have Dr. Crosby back, and we know that his patients will be delighted to see him again,” said Bath Community Hospital CEO Jeff Lingerfelt. “We will be releasing his schedule soon.”
