LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – On Saturday, May 13, Davis Stuart Inc. will host its seventh annual horse show at the State Fair of West Virginia show grounds. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the first class will start at 10 a.m. Community members and youth will be able to participate in all 27 classes.
For a complete list of the classes, visit www.facebook/DavisStuartInc or call the main office at 304-647-5577.
The Davis Stuart annual horse show is a fundraiser for the equine program at Davis Stuart’s main campus in Lewisburg. The equine program does not receive funding through the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, instead relying on the support of the community and private donors to keep the program available for the young people who call Davis Stuart home.
Davis Stuart would like to thank this year’s Gold Level sponsors, Employee Benefit Service Center and Dr. Marty and Kay Smith, for their support. The event is sponsored in part by the Greenbrier County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Davis Stuart is a private, nonprofit organization that has been serving youth and families throughout West Virginia for over 100 years. For more information on Davis Stuart’s therapeutic residential program or ways to help, visit www.davisstuart.org or call 304-647-5577.
