LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – Senator Vince Deeds will speak to the Greenbrier County Republican Club at its monthly meeting.
The public is asked to note the club’s new meeting location in the Old Stone Presbyterian Church activities room; the entrance is on Foster Street.
The club will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 4. Deeds will tell the club about his initial session in the West Virginia Senate.
On April 29, the audience at the Greenbrier Republican Club’s Save America Dinner welcomed candidates running in this year’s primary election. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey related the numerous successful settlements his office has achieved.
Additionally, Faye Dunford was presented with the first Volunteer of the Year Award named in honor of Marianne Brewster.
