LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 8, at 5 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 942 Washington Street W. On the agenda: 1599 Washington Street, replace steps; 215 Randolph Street W., paint front door of house and covered porch ceiling; 1621 Washington Street E., paint wooden area of house; 1017 Washington Street, replace broken windows and paint-damaged part of building from tractor trailer accident; 450 Lafayette Street, painting body of house; 1209 Washington Street E., remove brick flowerbed, replace a garage door and extend the brick walls to the right and left of the garage wall, install exterior light; 324 Lafayette Street, replacement of existing board fence with painted white picket fence; 112 Courtney Drive, sign for Child Youth Advocacy Center front porch; 721 Jefferson Street, repair front bump out with new roof; and more.
The next meeting of The Lewisburg Historic Landmarks Commission will be on June 12 with a deadline at 12 p.m. on May 25.
