If you’re looking for a reason to smile today, try scanning the trees, the parks, the sidewalks – anywhere, for that matter – for a glint of color in unexpected places. Since April 22, people from every corner of Greenbrier County have been discovering rocks painted with everything from inspirational messages to abstract art.
