A prayer vigil was held for 14-year-old Mykala Phillips on Saturday, July 17. A circle of friends, family, neighbors and complete strangers joined hands at Villa Park in White Sulphur Springs to pray for peace for the family of Phillips, who was swept away in the June 23 flood and is the last victim from the flood still unaccounted for.
