Born August 21, 1971, at Ronceverte, WV, she was the daughter of Darrell and Barbara Goins of Lewisburg, WV.

Lisa Gaye Goins Blankenship went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 23, 2016.

Born August 21, 1971, at Ronceverte, WV, she was the daughter of Darrell and Barbara Goins of Lewisburg, WV.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She was loved by many in the community. Her caring, loving, bright personality left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Lisa will be greatly missed by everyone.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Woody and Mae Jones; paternal grandparents, Elwood and Jesse Goins; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harley and Edith Blankenship.

Those left to cherish Lisa’s memory are her husband, Eugene Blanken-ship; two sons, Shane Blankenship and Cordell Blankenship, both of Renick, WV; sisters, Joetta Lemons and husband, Jim, of Lewisburg and Kathy Hanna and husband, Dave, of Maxwelton, WV; brothers, Johnny Goins and wife, Melissa, of Lewisburg and Junior Goins and wife, Chrissy, of Smoot, WV; nieces and nephews, Justin and Brian Goins, Christina, Carrie, and Johnny Lee Goins, Derek Lee and Katie Grace Hanna, Olivia, Kayleigh, and Jesse Goins, David Lee Blankenship Jr., Jackie Sablack, and Danielle Hagger; and one grandniece, Isabelle Paige Goins.

A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, July 8, 2016, at 1 PM at the Richardson Family Cemetery at Smoot with Pastor Wes Comer officiating.

Directions to the cemetery: take the Sam Black exit 156; turn right at the end of the ramp; go to the old Citgo station and make a left onto Blue Sulphur Road; drive about 1-1/2 miles to the first left, Lorenza Ridge Road; drive about one-half mile; the Richardson Family Cemetery will be on the left.
