Airstreamers began gathering at the West Virginia State Fairgrounds for their 59th Wally Byam Caravan Club International (WBCCI) Rally on Friday, June 24 – the second day of historic flooding that claimed lives and devastated communities in Greenbrier County. The Airstream caravan is departing today, following yesterday’s closing ceremonies and Fourth of July parade, but they are leaving behind generous donations and numerous volunteer hours.
