The Greenbrier Valley has operated under more organizatio in the aftermath of last week’s disasterous flood than during the State Fair of West Virginia and The Greenbrier Classic, but the magnitude of the destruction is leaving local relief workers physically and mentally exhausted, said Al Whitaker, director of Greenbrier County Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
