Henrietta Carter, 67, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Friday, June 3, 2016, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea, WV.
She was born October 2, 1948, at Ronceverte to Susie Massie.
She was retired from ABB.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Susie Massie; son, Greg Carter; husband, Floyd “Frog” Carter; and a brother, Harold A. “John” Massie.
Henrietta is survived by her son, Rex Carter and wife, Shirley, of Ronceverte; her daughter, Missy Carter Yates and husband, Donnie, of White Sulphur Springs, WV; grandchildren, Ethan and Cheyenne Hartsook, Brittany Carter Brown, and Bethany Carter; great-granddaughter, Chevy Ice Brown; brothers, Harry Massie (Brenda) of Ronceverte and Danny Massie (Alicia) of Frankford, WV; sister, Mary Massie Terry of Vinton, VA; sister-in-law, Phyllis Massie of Alderson, WV; and many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, June 6, 2016, at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Fort Spring, WV, with the Rev. Louie Moyer officiating.
