When The Irish Pub opened its doors in downtown Lewisburg nine years ago, its owners began an annual St. Patrick’s Day tradition that will close a single block of Washington Street from 5:30 to 6:30 PM today to allow ample time for a parade that has been dubbed the Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade Ever.
