Carol Lee Bates Fleshman, 70, of Lewisburg, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at White Sulphur Springs Care Center in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
Carroll was born April 19, 1944, at Crows, VA, to the late Basil Lanier and Ethel Lee Boone Bates.
She was a retired certified nurse’s aide.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest L. Fleshman; and son, Richard Ray Withrow.
Survivors include her daughters, Patricia “Patty” Wickline and husband, Michael “Scott,” of Frankford, WV, and Danica “Nikki” Dineen and husband, Richard “Sean,” of White Sulphur Springs; son, Rodger Withrow and wife, Deborah Lynn of Shepherdstown, WV; grandchildren, Andrew Wickline, Jacob Wickline, Michael Dineen, and Jared Dineen; and brother, Arlan Lanier Bates and wife, Hilda, of Covington, VA.
A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg, WV, with Pastor John Kelly officiating.
Viewing will be from 5 PM until time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
