For Greenbrier County police, the first day of March began with a brisk, early morning police chase. The chase began with a 911 call just after midnight on Sunday reporting a robbery in progress at Lewee’s in White Sulphur Springs. It ended with the arrest of 30-year-old Joshua Howard of Neola.
