A group of men came before the Ronceverte City Council this Juy to discuss an agenda item titled the “Loudin Delegation,” and with its bring something positive to the community. The group of men has now established The Loudin Fund to honor Howard M. “Toddy” Loudin, the winningest coach in all of West Virginia sports history, and according to his friend Barry Wise, who represented the cause, Loudin always considered Ronceverte his home.
